5 Natural Ingredients From Your Kitchen For Beautiful Skin

Who doesn't love a gorgeous and glowing skin? You know like the celebrities, but sometimes doesn't have to involve buying expensive skincare products. There are some foods in the kitchen to help achieve beautiful skin and also help cure some skin problems, natural ingredients do not cause side effects

Yoghurt: Yes yoghurt delicious and highly nutritious, it contains nutrient such as protein, calcium, vitamin D, zinc and Lactic Acid. Yoghurt does quite great things for the skin, it helps moisturise, prevent premature aging, fight acne, it also help in reducing discolouration and relief from sunburn. It is useful for skin brigthening and lightening, with consistent use you can achieve a glowing skin.  

Potatoes: I think almost everyone eats potato, it's one thing you will find in almost every home, they contain high content of carbs and vitamin C, vitamin C which is very good for healthy skin. A few things pototo helps the skin with includes removal of dark circles, treatment of wrinkles, skin lightening, treatment of dark spots and removal of blemishes.

Honey: That sweet honey is skin's success, it has natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties,it also has antioxidants which helps prevent aging, the antibacterial it contains helps in fighting acne and also helps in sunburn relief. Honey is a natural cleanser, it exfoliates skin, unclogs pores and brightens.

Milk: The lactic acid in milk helps exfoliate skin, clears blemishes and discolouration also it contains fatty acid which helps soothes and moisturize. Use milk as makeup cleanser to deep clean skin naturally.

Tomatoes: Yummy tomato stew?? Haha! Let's try it for skin. They are rich in vitamin C making it helpful for acne and brightening dull skin, it also helps heal acne, shrink large pores, you can use tomatoes to reduce oily skin yes! cut tomato into half and rub the juice all over face or use as mask. It also helps to relief sunburn.

  3. Cucumber works for dark circles and reducing puffy eyes.
    Lime works for skin lightening.
    Coconut oil works for healthy hair, skin, nails and makeup remover cleanser.

  4. ummm the only thing i have tried is lemon and sugar exfoliate. None of this but might give it a try, also oat meal
