Paris, Perfect Memories.....

Hello everyone,

When I sighted Chulip lip balms--I was like eh! those look like the famous EOS balms, EOS isn't really famous here tho. I had to get me the look alike-- look how beautiful she is-- with her sexy lips, I believe this comes in different colors-- I've only seen four-pink, purple, green and red.

My first impression on this lip balm?!-- when I first opened it, the smell was the first thing I noticed-it smells sweet-doesn't have a strong smell BTW! my first two/three uses it was a bit hard-making it not so easy to apply- but after a few uses it glides on well.

It is quite moisturizing and does not feel waxy or heavy on the the lips, it has a peppermint feel to it but you only feel it for a few seconds-- I also notice it stays on the lips for a really long time(when I'm home I apply this - lips stays moisturized for long). I won't say it made my lips softer but it's quite hydrating and moisturizing. Paris, Perfect Memories flavour is raspberry and peach.

Sometimes I have to rub the surface off first to get off probably flaked skin that transferred on to it and also to soften it.

Chulip lip balms are made in Japan and chu is a Japanese word for kiss... I love the chulip lip balm- I'll be trying some more flavours! Yes! recommended! Now I really want to get my hands on the EOS ones just for comparisons. EOS retails for RM19.50 (colourscosmetics) while Chulip goes for RM25.90(Watsons, Guardian, AEON Big)

Have you tried Chulip lip balms before? or any similar kind? What is/are your favorite lip balm(s) Have a fabulous day!

    1. I've read mixed review about them too, that's why I've been reluctant to try them

  4. This sounds good! I personally wouldn't pay more than $20 SGD for a regular size or tub of lipbalm from the drugstore and normal ones work for me on a daily basis! I have paid that much but for a giant tin that has really good oils in it and not just petroleum jelly/wax! Thanks for the heads up!
