10 Inspiring Stories To Keep You Going

Hello everyone, Hope you all are doing great?!

source

I know most things in life is easier said than done, it is actually easy to advice someone to stay strong when you are not in their shoes, even though I'm not in your shoes I know this for sure nothing lasts forever the saying goes "Weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning".

I have my own issues too and even though sometimes I feel like I'm not seeing any light at the end of the tunnel, I like to encourage myself, so this is what I want to do today, to encourage you. You should know this, you are only a failure when you call yourself one, nothing in life comes easy, most successful people we know today have been through ups and downs, they have experienced failures and they never gave up.

Here are 10 successful people who never allowed their failures to hold them back;

1. Oprah was fired from one of her early anchor gigs, after being labelled “unfit for TV.”

2. The Beatles were rejected by Decca Recording Studios who said “we don’t like their sound, they have no future in show business.”

3. Lady Gaga was dropped by Island Def Jam Records after only three months.

4. Abraham Lincoln had less than five years of formal education.

5. Marilyn Monroe was booted from 20th Century-Fox, after producers declared her “unattractive.”

6. Albert Einstein wasn’t able to speak until he was almost 4 years old, with his teachers saying he would “never amount to much”.

7. Steve Jobs was left devastated and depressed after being kicked out from a company he started.

8. Walt Disney was fired from a newspaper he was working in for “lacking imagination” and “having no original ideas”.

9. Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team.

10. Susan Boyle was bullied as a child and was written off even before she opened her mouth to sing at the Britain's Got Talent.

Moral of the long story? even if your dreams or your career doesn't include becoming famous, popular or rich, you can strive to do well and focus in your area of interest, who knows what the outcome might be, just keep in mind that if these people can do it, you and I also can!

Have a fabulous day and week ahead! much love :)

Thanks for stopping by!
