How to Wipe Off Lip Stains & Long-Wear Lip Colors

Hello everyone,

Long wear lip colors and lip stains are fun, yeah they last really long obviously but is removing them easy?  I have used a lip stain once that even after cleansing with lip makeup remover traces were still on my lips the next morning and that is even better because you can exfoliate your lips and it's gone, what if you need to change your lip color to another? Here is something you can try out.

Things you'll need;
Cotton pads
Eye-makeup remover
Petroleum jelly (Vaseline)
Washcloth or small towel
Lip balm

STEP BY STEP

1. Use your favourite eye/lip makeup remover with a cotton pad to blot out the lip color from your lips (oil based makeup removers works best for lip stains etc)
2. Apply a layer of Vaseline (petroleum jelly) onto your lips and let it sit for about 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Dampen a small towel/washcloth with warm water and rub your lips with it to remove the vaseline and lip color, do this gently using a circular motion. (go over step 2& 3 again if you're not satisfied).
4. Now rinse or clean off your lips.
5. Apply lip balm or Vaseline to moisturise and hydrate your lips.
Done! colors gone!

Do you have other way(s) of removing lip stains? Do share! Have a fabulous day

Thanks for stopping by!
