The Body Shop Camomile Gentle Eye Make-up Remover

Hello everyone,
I purchased this last month while The Body Shop was having their big sale, I've never been a fan of The Body Shop.. WHY? my friend got some face care products from them and her face went from frying pan directly into hot fire, since then I never even bothered trying any of their products... but since I started reading blogs few years ago I've been seeing nice reviews and I started having a change of heart haha!

Anyway I picked the Camomile Gentle Eye Make-up Remover because I read some nice reviews about it and of course because it was buy one free one lol!
It does a good job at removing eye makeup I mean once I press over my eye and drag down to my lashes the eye makeup is gone but when I'm wearing water-proof mascara/eye liner nah! I have to go over it again and again. The first time I used it I noticed it sting-ed my eye (my left eye -- is super sensitive)--ok-- I thought I poured too much, the next time all over my eye area was hurting.. in my mind.. could all those reviews be lies??? Anyway I don't give up on things.. after a few days I tried again.. it was ok.. I probably adapted to it haha!

Eye makeup is one essential makeup to be removed properly. This makeup remover is good for people who don't wear water proof eye makeups. If you wear too much or water proof makeup you might want to try something.

I wouldn't repurchase, I'm not even sure I'll finish one bottle.. I only use it when I'm not wearing water proof makeup.

Have you tried Camomile Gentle Eye Make-up Remover before?? What is your favourite eye makeup remover? Have a fabulous day!

  1. Never heard nor tried this product before. I don't have an eye makeup remover - I just wipe and wash my face and I'm good to go. Great post gal. :-)

  2. Oh yes a good eye make up remover is hard to find because the eyes are so sensitive. It took me forever to find a good one and surprisingly the one that works best for me is a cheap one from the local supermarket's own brand ;)
