God bless whoever invented noodles, It's a life saver sometimes, in just 3-5minutes it's ready. It's the first thing I think of when my stomach starts rumble (solution 1) it never fails me and I always have it handy (LOL handy :/). So because I make noodles a lot I have a few ways to prepare.
I'm sure there are about 101 ways to make noodles, I got a few too :) Lemme share one with you!
What you'll need
Noodles
Minced beef
Cabbage
Onion
G/nut oil
sweet corn
sweet corn
Pepper
Tomato(optional)
How to prepare:
--Slice onion, cabbage, pepper and carrot
--Dice tomato(I used just one)
--Boil noodles for about 2 minutes(Do not add seasoning)
--Heat up the g/nut oil, add onion, pepper, tomatoes and minced beef (stir fry for about 2-3 mins)
--Add cabbage, carrot, corn and stir for 1-2 mins then add seasoning
--Now add your boiled noodles and stir, cover and reduce heat for 1 min

OMG...I could eat this right now. Its -15 degrees Fahrenheit (not sure what that is in Celsius) in Denver, Colorado today and I could really use a nice hot bowl of noodles. The only thing I would add is a nice squirt of Sriracha since I like my food spicy!
