Hello everyone,
If you are familiar with theBalm cosmetics products, one thing you'll know they don't fail at is packaging, it's like they are specially trained for that, with their card boards, pretty girls, vintage inspired thingys.. I believe the Smoke balm is a new addition.. it is new according to Sa Sa, when I first saw it I loved how portable it was..
Smoke balm comes in two palettes set 1 and 2, the one I have right here is set 2, the shades looked more attractive to me.. The palette is aimed at creating a perfect smokey eye, comes with three eyeshadow shades Kindle-a shimmery dark green, Glow-a warm tone matte taupe and Combust-a shimmery champagne gold(feels buttery). The most pigmented of the trio is Kindle followed by Combust and then glow which is the least.
They apply smoothly and the color payoff is really good, compared to other theBalm products smoke balm is inexpensive it retails for $12 and here in Malaysia for RM59 at Sa Sa. The shadows are quite easy to pickup with brush, combust does have a little bit of fall out.

I love it!! it's a good palette for a simple smokey eye, travel friendly, the shadows are pigmented and blend-able. In my opinion this isn't a must have but it's worth trying/owning, if you love everything I've described then go for it. It will be great to carry along on a trip. I will definitely share a look wearing this later on the blog!
